Two ways...

The quick way.... precede the email address with "mailto:". For example...

mailto:me@somewhere.com

When you send the email, the recipient will be able to click on the email address to create a new message.


A better method....

Create some text, and then create a HotSpot, Link, with a URL value of mailto:me@somewhere.com
